EPT
EPT is a long scheme programme that I am involved with for the past couple of years. It stands for English Proficiency Training, a programme runs by English Language coordinators in SPA of Sabah Education Department and CfBT. The programme was inspired by Mr. David Prescott when he was the SELC and now managed by Ms. Alison Lyall. This programme provides continuous training for English teachers that are teaching in Primary Schools in the state ( Centres were Keningau, Tawau, Beluran, Kota Marudu and Papar. Current centres are Kota Belud, Penampang, Telipok, Tuaran, Beaufort and Sandakan). Some of the activities are very useful for classrooom teaching, that involved with reading, pronounciations, games, songs, vocabulary, etc.
